A yeast infection can never seem scary or threatening to the ears, but the truth can be shocking. A combination of a yeast infection and an immune system which is below standards, can be home to Candida Albicans, causing a whole lot of miserable symptoms. Though Candida is a fungus that lives in warm blooded animals, it can cause the most nasty yeast infection once it outgrows itself in number. Every human body has Candida colonies thriving in the intestinal flora which live in the balance of all microorganisms. The Candida yeast infection happens when certain food habits or other physiological factors allow the Candida to grow.

Developing
a yeast infection is a sign of the weakening of your
immune system. Candida is a very complicated infection,
and if it is unattended and allowed to grow, it attacks
damp areas of the body like the mouth, vagina,
gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, skin, finger and
toe nails. The most obvious reason for a yeast infection
is the obsession with sugar and carbohydrates. The yeast
reproduces more with sugar.
Antibiotic
therapy is another sure reason to develop a yeast
infection. The balance of Candida gets disturbed with
the chronic use of antibiotics, as it can kill the good
bacteria along with the bad ones. Poor nutrition, lack
of sleep, constant stress, pollution and other such
reasons, give you a weak immune and this, in turn, acts
as another cause for a Candida yeast infection.
Candida
yeast infections affect all age groups. Infants have
diaper rashes and thrush, whereas adults have the
infections in moist body parts. Even common mouth and
vaginal yeast infections can cause critical illness and
can be more resistant to normal treatment. Candida can
manage to hide (sometimes for years) in parts of the
body where traditional therapies don’t always reach; in
our joints, for example. It thrives on the foods that
are a large part of the typical diet. And, because of
its adaptability, it is easily transmitted from person
to person in a family.
Hence,
it becomes obvious that in order to get the balance back
and throw the outnumbered yeast out, we follow the
simplest solution of starving them with a stricter diet
and building a strong immune to kill them completely.
All one needs to follow is a little discipline until the
infection has been driven off the body. Candida yeast
infection may have the most difficult symptoms to deal
with; but the cure remains the easy process of doing
things healthily.
It is always advisable to adhere to the holistic approach, as it will in most cases result in eradicating the root cause of Candida yeast infection, thus permanently preventing its recurrence, while significantly improving one’s overall health and well-being.
